A Thing Of The Past

We all know that Llantwit Fardre and the surrounding area is a nice place to live, we benefit from living in a semi-rural community within easy commuting distance of Cardiff and so I suppose there is no wonder why we are seeing so many planning applications for new housing. Property developers seem to be dis interested in the Brownfield sites such as the Cwm and are more interested in the Greenfield sites such as the Ystrad Barwig. The reason for this is simple, money. A few are going to make their fortune out of these developments but this will come at a cost to the local environment and this view will become a thing of the past!
